My Fitbit isn't syncing with my Nutracheck diary, what should I do?

First, please make sure your Fitbit Smartwatch has been successfully linked to your Fitbit app. Your steps and activity need to be in your Fitbit app for Nutracheck to pull them into your diary. If your steps and activity are not showing in your Fitbit app, then you will need to ensure you have the permissions set up correctly to sync your device.

If everything is showing in your Fitbit app correctly and we still aren't receiving the data, email the Customer Care Team at customercare@nutracheck.co.uk with a screenshot of your recorded activity in your Fitbit app and we can take a look for you.
