How do I turn on notifications from Nutracheck on my phone?

We send members helpful notifications about challenges, tips and offers. Ensure you don't miss these by following the steps below to enable notifications from Nutracheck on your device.

iOS devices

1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Tap on Notifications.
3. Select the Nutracheck (Calorie Counter) app from your list of installed apps.
4. Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on.

Android devices

Instructions differ slightly depending on your device, but the steps below should cover most options.

1. Open your phone's Settings app.
2. Tap Notifications followed by App settings if you see this option.
3. Under Recently sent, find apps that recently sent you notifications.
4. To find more apps, in the drop-down menu, tap All apps (or More).
5. Tap the Nutracheck (Calorie Counter) app.
6. Turn notifications on.

Tip: If you don't see Recently sent, you're using an older Android version. Instead, tap App notifications.
