Why is my barcode scanner not working?

iPhone/iPad

It may be that the App needs permission to access the camera on your device. To check this, follow the steps below:

1. Come out of the Nutracheck App and go to Settings on your home screen.
2. Select Privacy > Camera.
3. Ensure the switch for the Nutracheck App is turned on (green).

Android

There may be a compatibility problem with your device. Please send an email to customercare@nutracheck.co.uk and provide the following information:

1. The make/model of your device.
2. The Android Operating System you have installed on your device. To find this go to Settings on your home screen: Tap About Phone or About Device. Select Android Version to display your version information.
