How do I go back to add food to a previous day?

In the app

  1. When you are in your current diary day, you will see arrows either side of the date at the top of the screen. Tapping on these will move you back a day and forward a day – one day at a time. When you are in the day you want, just add foods to your food diary as normal.
  2. Tap Today at the top of the screen and this will bring up a calendar where you can pick any date you want.
  3. Use the Multiple Copy feature to add items to different date options. To do this, tap on an entry or multiple entries in your Diary and a pop-up will show at the bottom of your screen. Tap COPY and you can select the day(s) you would like the item(s) to be copied to.

On the website

  1. When you are in your current diary day, you will see arrows either side of the date on the left. Clicking on these will move you back a day and forward a day – one day at a time. When you are in the day you want, just add foods to your food diary as normal.
  2. Just to the right of the date is a small icon which is a calendar. Click on it to bring up a pop up. You can pick any date you want or click on the arrows to move back or forward one month at a time. This is much quicker if you want to go back several days as it does it in one click, rather than having to keep pressing the back arrow as in option (i).
  3. Use the Multiple Copy link above your food diary. Click on this, and it will let you add multiple items to many different date options – you can specify actual dates.
