The Refer a Friend link hasn't given me the 30-day free trial

Please ensure you have clicked on the referral link again after installing the app and creating your account.

If this still isn't working, ask the person who sent you the link what colour the referral button is in their app (on the More page). If the icon is orange, they should be able to send you the link again to retry. If the icon is grey, ask them to click the icon and and select 'invalidate' – they can then send a new link to you.
