What data can be saved to / from linked accounts?

You can copy items from a linked users diary to your own. Simply tap the entry in the members diary and follow the instructions.

You can also share recipes between accounts. If a recipe is saved to the My Meals section of an account, the linked user can select the recipe and press Copy Recipe to edit & make it your own.
