Where do I record my weigh in?
Each week we suggest you log your current weight to keep a track of your progress. To do this, please follow the steps below:
In the app
- Go to Progress from the menu at the bottom of the screen and tap the orange Weigh-in button.
- Enter your weight into the box(es) provided and select the date you would like this to be added to.
On the website
- Hover over Progress at the top of the page and click Weigh in now!
- Enter your weight into the Add new weight box(es), select the date you would like this to be added to and click the blue + Private Weigh In for this to be recorded in your weight tracker.
- You can also use the green + Club Weigh in to record your weight and see other members progress to encourage each other. It's like a class weigh-in, only virtual!
If you have more than one weight entry in your Progress, your weight lost/gained will be automatically calculated.
